Joint Statement on Rehabilitation:
In the lead up to #WorldHealthDay, we are pleased to share a joint statement that makes the case for rehabilitation in the current global health scenario, co-signed by several organisations with sound understanding of the rehabilitation sector.
This year’s World Health Day sheds light on the need to “build a fairer, healthier world”. As organizations with long-lasting experience in #rehabilitation, including in contexts of poverty and marginalization, we are convinced that greater access to quality rehabilitation services and assistive technologies is crucial to build a fairer, healthier world.
